My wife Barbie & I want to let you know that once again we are more than pleased with both your company & the products that you sell.
We have found through past experience that we will get what we have asked for & more when dealing with the Home Team.
We had decided to install new windows in our stairway & asked for Tom Curry to come out & give us an estimate. Tom as usual showed up on time & came up with an innovative idea as to design & took the time to lay it out in masking tape on the wall so we could better visualize what he was suggesting. We ordered the windows & set a date for the installation.
On the appointed date two installers Paul & Wayne arrived, they are very experienced & customer oriented. They involved us in the process by making sure we were aware of the window placement from both inside & out before they started. They took care to clean up & to protect our oak stairway. We had an existing window in the area where they were working & I was going to ask them to re-caulk it but they noticed that it needed to be done & did it without being asked. This is the mark of a true professional.
You can be assured that we will recommend your company & team of professionals to others.

We recently had our house and garage vinyl sided by the Home Team. Ted Lowden was the installer, who worked on his own.
Although we thanked Ted many times for a job well done, we wanted to bring this to your attention. Ted worked through a lot of inclement weather in March, but always put in a full days work. His work ethics were impeccable, and at the end of each day, always cleaned up his work area.
You are very fortunate to have such a dedicated and hard worker, one of the very best. We too were very lucky that Ted was assigned to install our siding.
My wife and I wanted Vandolders to know how pleased we are with our new front entrance (sidelights and door) purchased from your Bill Moore.
Bill made sure we had a positive purchasing experience with your company. In addition to our front door system we also purchased a new sliding door from you. Long story short, we had to have the sliding door locking mechanism replaced through no fault of Vandolders, and Bill ensured that happened by dropping off the part the day the front door installers were here. That saved us having to place another service call.

"I was just into the Owen Sound "Home Team" castle, and I wanted to let you know that the 4 people that I had to deal with were very nice, and helpful.
For the second time the tool I use to open my green house windows stripped and was unusable. I went in and was greeted by a nice lady behind the customer service desk. She quickly identified my problem and had another younger guy from behind the counter help her to help me. Travis ( I am sure that is who he was) took over and fixed me up.
These people do not know me from the next guy, and didn't even care if I had bought the windows from you or not. They offered the best after sales service that I have ever had. Hence this is why I'm taking the time to send you this email.
