Building Better Tomorrows

Building Better Tomorrows featuring, Michael "Pinball" Clemons, CFL Legend and Canadian Sport Hall of Famer is a fundraising event in support of the Dufferin Children's Fund which is the fundraising arm of Dufferin Child and Family Services. Building Better Tomorrows is a luncheon catered by Lavender Blue, who is providing a delicious 3 course meal: to begin with, locally grown farm fresh field greens and vegetables; shallot vinaigrette and artichoke crustini. Main course: grilled breast of chicken stuffed with goat cheese and sundried tomato, creamy tuscan seafood served in puff pastry, rice pilaf and seasonal vegetables; and for dessert: double chocolate brownie, lemon curd tart, and a chocolate dipped strawberry.

Building Better Tomorrows will also have a Vendor Market featuring local artisans and businesses from 11am until 12pm, and it will reopen at 2pm.
Dufferin Child and Family Services (DCAFS) is a multi-service agency providing child and youth mental health, child protection and developmental support services to residents of Dufferin County. The Dufferin Children’s Fund raises money for additional supports to improve the lives of children, youth, adults and families receiving service from DCAFS. The Dufferin Children’s Fund has three priorities: youth futures, social growth and development and health and wellness.
Tickets are $95 per person.
