A few years ago I came in for assistance following my mastechtomy. I did not provide an official review but need to get it done. The service from team at The Scented Drawer was everything I needed at that time. If you've gone through surgery and are not sure how to shop for your bra - come now, come here. I’m appalled at your policy to have to wear masks when mandate has been lifted! Do you have epidemiologists on staff? If your staff want to wear them…. fine if other customers want to … fine. But I forgot mine because it’s not mandated and you won’t let me in and you don’t supply them!! Really!! Yup will tell everyone I can not to support this business!

As we explained when you came to the store, and again on the phone when you called to discuss our policy, we are mandating masks for the well fair our surgical and immune compromised clients going through surgery, chemo, and radiation, as well as the close proximity of staff while bra fitting.

I came for my very first fitting last week and Nicole exceeded all expectations.

She was ready to take me right at 12:30, asked me some questions to learn more about me and what I was looking for. When it came down to measurements Nicole was extremely knowledgeable and fast at picking bras not only in my price range, but ones that she knew would fit my body type.

This is the first time I have ever experienced such excellent service and for that I will be a returning customer for years to come. The selection and customer service at My Scented Drawer is 10/10

I had such wonderful service at the Scented Drawer. I’m not sure who helped me but the 2 ladies were very kind and knowledgable, I was wearing the wrong size bra for so long and now that I have been sized and had the knowledge of what bra to wear I will finally have the proper support. The clerk even wrote down the other bra type that I will be going back to buy. Thank you ladies.

Purchased an Empreinte Cassiopee Model #07151 on Saturday Feb. 25/2017, the fit was okay for the 3 minutes I had it on in the store. wore it yesterday Feb 28, 2017, and the side stays have left sore red marks on me and the straps are impossible to keep up. I tried to return it today but they are not returnable and the store would not give me the name of the distributor rep for me to call and did not offer to call her on my behalf, They gave me a brochure for the manufacturer with their website in Europe, which only wants to sell you more of their bras. Will never shop at the Scented drawer again.

It is unfortunate that you are not enjoying your Empreinte bra purchase. Empreinte is one of the top European bra manufactures in the market today. However, as you stated you wore the bra, and the side stays were causing you discomfort and the straps were slipping. At the time you were in we recommended taking the stays out of your bra for you; as not everyone can wear a bra with stays them in, and using shoulder strap holders, this would solve the issues you were having. We also recommended you wash your bra several times to get the chemical called "stay" out, which make the bra stiff and uncomfortable. The Scented Drawer is a relaxed sales atmosphere, and allow our customers to take their time to make an educated bra purchase, as intimate apparel is always final sale. We hope that our suggestions might help you to wear your purchase in comfort.

I have to tell you how much I LOVE your store! I'd never had a proper bra fitting before and I had NO clue how important it was until I met Nicole! Was fitted for an expensive bra and purchased same. When I got home I tried the bra on again and wore it for a bit. The bra is too tight around my rib cage and does not give a flattering shape. I phoned the store first thing the next day to discuss my issues and the possibility of exchanging for a different size or style of bra. They would not do anything. Extremely disappointed.

Unfortunately there wasn't enough information taken about you or your bra style. I would like to address the problem, with you personally.
