The Walk for Memories is Canada's biggest fundraiser for Alzheimer's disease and other dementias.

Money raised is put towards programs and services offered in our local community that improve the quality of life for people living with dementia and their families, and towards other activities such as education and public awareness.

The event takes place May 27th at Island Lake. Registration begins at 8 a.m. and the walk begins at 10 a.m..
