Dufferin County Cultural Resource Circle is inviting the citizen of Orangeville and Dufferin County to join us in celebration of the first Indigenous flag to be raised permanently in our area. There will be a Traditional drum group "Eagleheart Singers" who along with our Community Elder Karen Vandenberg will perform the protocol to raising this flag. This historical moment helps continue the partnership created here with our Indigenous community and the Town Orangeville as well as the County of Dufferin. We hope all who can make it will come and join in this celebration of community.
