While MOST benefits plans do NOT renew on January 1 there are a few that do. Employees of Hydro and similar divisions will renew on even / odd calendar years. SOME health spending accounts renew Jan 1 but some have end of Feb renew dates such as TD Bank. Know your benefits and be efficient at using them when your renewal is ready. We can Bill every company in the picture as well as Green Shield, SSQ, and Blue Cross.
