We are seeking an energetic sales and administrative person for our office. Our office is an eye clinic with a high-end dispensary. The ideal candidate should: - Have strong sales skills, strong people skills (including in-person, telephone and e-communications skills), and outstanding customer service skills - Be able to handle administrative duties - Be very fashion-savvy - Have great oral and written English skills - Be able to work well independently and in a team environment - Have good organization and time management - Be punctual - Have an understanding of office dynamics with a keen eye for detail - Have great computer skills for general Office softwares This position offers 25-35 hours per week.
