I was treated like a friend not just a customer. they took the time to explain to me the needs that I required for my business. Although I was looking at a more costly unit they directed me to a system that would do the job as efficiently but for less $$$$. I respect that fact alone as it told me they were not just after my money. When the system arrived lets says I was not disappointed. Although there is a time difference the owner worked after hours to set up my networking to alone me total excess to my system.
