So What’s Happening in the Area?
Winter market starts this Saturday!
The Orangeville Farmers' Market offers local goods all year round.
Throughout the winter, the market will run weekly inside Town Hall and feature a rotating selection of local vendors.
Visit downtownorangeville.ca for a list of participating vendors each week. The Orangeville's Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 233 will be holding the Remembrance Day ceremonies within Alexandra Park (beside Town Hall).
The annual Legion parade from John Street, down Broadway to Alexandra Park will form up and commence at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 11, 2023
Followed by the ceremony at the Cenotaph within Alexandra Park at 10:45 a.m.
Please be aware that there are road closures surround the area beginning that morning to accommodate the ceremony.Friday, November 17, 2023 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Annual Tree Lighting, Live Entertainment, Visits with St. Nick, and Caroling.Gather family and friends to see the jolly old elf and make some merry memories at the Orangeville Santa Claus Parade!
Come early to shop, marvel at the Yuletide window displays, grab a hot chocolate or bite to eat, and enjoy pre-parade entertainment, including strolling performers and music. The parade begins at 5 pm at First Street and Hansen Boulevard.
Volunteers are needed for this year's parade and interested parties can email market@downtownorangeville.ca to learn more about the opportunities available.
